Buyer beware

To start off with I like the game. But customer support on this is nonexistent. I have sent over a dozen emails about not being able to get free gold because you dont have an Internet connection, totally untrue. Just like all the other ratings, you cant win unless you pay through the nose for weapons that only do half what they say they will do.
Really pisses me off how much you hafta pay just in order to play. Great game if easier and totally less expensive. Customer support is nonexistant, I guess they really dont care about the enduser in any which way or form.
